Wasabi are a well-known chain of sushi and bento outlets throughout the UK and the World.

Oakdene worked to a tight, six-week timescale to realise Wasabi's Old Compton Street location. We made major structural changes to the existing shell in order to install a state-of-the-art kitchen in the basement area, complete with hygienic floor tiling, biocladding and drainage. In the sales area, solid surfacing was fitted and incorporated with LED lighting, whilst bespoke furniture, also manufactured in solid surface by Oakdene, was installed. A specialist absailing team were used to install ductwork necessary for ventilation and extraction, and a brand-new shopfront was constructed.
